PLEASE DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE Had an awfull experience. I asked the guy before hand if he can pick the scooter from my bus pickup he told me that he will arrange a drop for me to the bus stand but as soon I returned the scooter first the guy charged me extra telling me that the time to return the scooter was 9 am which he didn't told me when I rented it, I told him at that time too I will return the scooter on Monday afternoon only still he charged me extra then told me I don't have anyone to drop you off and kept my ids since I took his photographs for the review.He then called the goons and they misbehaved with me and snatched my phone to delete the photos but luckily they were not educated enough to check it correctly. I MISSED MY BUS. REGRETTING RENTING FROM THIS PLACE. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT SCOOTY FROM HERE. ALL THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND THIER OWN MAN HAS POSTED THEM. I HOPE NO ONE FACES, WHAT I FACED. PLEASE DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE.

Avoid this rental shop at all costs! The owner is rude and aggressive, only interested in ripping off customers. We returned a scooty with a tiny scratch and he demanded ₹4000 for it completely unreasonable. He wouldn’t listen to our concerns and yelled at us instead. This place is a nightmare; there are better options around. Save your money and your sanity by choosing elsewhere! Zero stars!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! This place is an absolute RIP-OFF. The owner (I wouldn't even call him a businessman, more like a bully) is the rudest, most arrogant person I've ever encountered. His only goal is to squeeze every last rupee out of you, fair or not. We rented a scooty that had a tiny, barely visible scratch. When we returned it, this money-grabber tried to blame us and demanded ₹5000! ₹5000 for a SCRATCH?! It was highway robbery! He was completely unreasonable, wouldn't listen to reason, and was incredibly abusive when we tried to dispute it. He just yelled and carried on. The whole experience was a nightmare. Avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of other rental shops in the area – choose one of them and save yourself the headache (and your money!). Seriously, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. ZERO stars. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Very bad service they were blaming us for the damages we had not done and were charging us 11000 for just a scratch please do not rent from this place these people are hooligans and vulgar people they have no manners they will threaten you of beating if you dont pay please do not use any services given by this rental

Pathetic service. Not recommended. Goons are managing the travel agency. We were late to deliever the vehicle by 45 mins and the staff showed no consideration wherein we ready to pay half penalty. The owner was very arrogant and spoke like a rowdy. Even if this person gives out his vehicles for free its not worth it. They forget that their business is running because of tourists. Worst experience in terms of 2-wheeler rentals. Vehicles were not at all in condition, staff non-cooperative and use verbal slurs while dealing with customers. Strongly suggest to avoid taking rentals from Vallabh Travels, I would walk and travel around Goa the next time than going to Vallabh Travels for rentals. Amit Valke the owner is running a racket of goons, lacks lustre in his tone, has the least sense of adherence to customer dealing.

Vehicle condition: brakes tires, engine worn out Behaviour: non professional, rude, abusive towards customers Rented 4 two wheelers for 3 days. And the guy charges for 1 extra day for all 4 vehicles on being late by 30 mins

If you need to hire a proper gangsters, this is the right place to do so. This is not the place to hire vehicles. The lady sitting in the counter is so rude and cheap behaviour with a shoulder full of attitude. Almost 9-10 people surrounded 2 of us and man handled like a goons. There were scratches all over our face, neck and hands. I would never forget this experience and i would never leave them. Cops should take action against them.
